We can help. Join Michelle McAlpin, Naropa Counseling Center Intern and experienced yoga nidra facilitator, on Wednesdays, 5 pm, beginning January 19 at the Nalanda Campus.
Meet at the Green Room, just inside the back entrance. Each session will have a brief introduction, about 45 minutes of yoga nidra, and an optional 30 minute discussion.
No experience necessary and all are welcome.
