Details: Tuesday, November 30th

Paramita Campus- In the Jim Spearly Lecture Hall

Open to any students, faculty or staff that would like to learn more about how they can have a role in the RJ process.

This is a first step training for getting more involved with the restorative justice process, or if you just want to brush up and learn about being an affected community member, or accountability board member. Affected community member is a term used to describe the community members that participate in the circle- something happened in your community . . .and it affected YOU! If you are interested in giving your input in restorative process or if you just want to learn more and be involved, please consider taking this training.

What: Looking closer at the world we take for granted.

Where: Meet at Chautauqua Park (9th and Baseline Road) in front of the visitor's center.

When: Saturday - November 6, 2010 at 10a.m. to noon or 12:30.

Interested hikers: Need to respond by Wednesday, November 3, 2010 (TODAY!)

Contact:
Patrick Whiting at pwhiting@students.naropa.edu

**Cameras: We will be using disposable cameras for a few reasons: everyone will be on a level playing field; to test our ability to look at the world with as little technological interference as possible; and with a limited amount of pictures we will need to be more mindful before we take a picture. Cameras can be purchased for $3.99 at King Soopers! Have your photos developed by November 12th for a photo potluck!

Photo Show: We will be coming together for the following Friday, November 12th for a potluck and photo display to show off our three favorite photos from the hike!
